Free build — no data collection

Your data never leaves your browser

• The extension runs only on invoicing.eta.gov.eg (and its preprod site).
• It reuses the session your browser already has with the ETA portal. It never sees, asks for, or stores your login credentials.
• The portal API token is kept in memory only and is sent exclusively to the ETA API (api-portal.invoicing.eta.gov.eg) — the same server the portal itself talks to.
• Invoice data is processed locally in your browser to generate the files you request (PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON, XML) and is written directly to your Downloads folder.
• No data is transmitted to the developer or any third party. No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no remote servers.
• Settings (language, theme, export options) are stored in Chrome's extension storage, synced only by Chrome to your own Google profile if you enable browser sync.

This extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Egyptian Tax Authority.

Future subscription mode (not active in this build)

If a future paid version is enabled, it would send only account identifiers — your email address, optionally your name and tax registration number, and the extension version — to the developer's own server to verify a subscription. Invoice contents, documents, and the portal token would never be sent. Any payments would be handled by a third-party gateway; the extension never sees card details. This policy will be updated before any such mode is published.
